Daily ops
The work that never ends.
Sorting invoices, answering enquiries, moving data from one system into another. The tasks nobody finds exciting — but that cost hours every single day.
For business — AI, automation & software
We build chatbots, automation and custom software for mid-sized businesses in Vorarlberg and beyond. No buzzword bingo, no vanity projects — with clean interfaces, measurable benefit, and support that doesn't disappear into a ticket system.

Problem analysis
When mid-sized businesses reach out to us, they usually stumble over one of three things. We've written them down here the way they actually come up in first calls.
Daily ops
Sorting invoices, answering enquiries, moving data from one system into another. The tasks nobody finds exciting — but that cost hours every single day.
Tool sprawl
CRM, accounting, shop, support — each tool excellent in its own area, and in between Excel sheets, manual transfers, and a constant risk of human error.
Backlog
You've known for months what could be automated. But internal time is missing, and external agencies either bill too much or deliver half-baked work.
What we build
Everything below we build ourselves. No white labelling, no handing off to sub-contractors, no "partner solutions". If one of the tools doesn't fit, we say so — and recommend someone who fits better.
When off-the-shelf isn't enough.
Custom software for the case when your business model doesn't fit into a SaaS product. From the first sketch to production — run by the founder, not a support team.
Support that knows your products.
A chatbot trained on your documentation, your shop, your CRM. Available around the clock, with smooth handover to humans when needed.
Work you no longer do yourself.
Lean automation between your existing systems. No proprietary platform, no vendor lock-in contracts.
Corporate websites with substance.
Modern corporate websites that load fast, get cleanly indexed by Google, and don't feel like a WordPress construction site. For clients who take their digital presence seriously.
Working principles
Five things that are in every contract of ours — regardless of the size of the project. This isn't a marketing promise, it's the contractual baseline.
Every project is calculated before it starts. You get a fixed price or a transparent hourly rate — never a monthly subscription that runs in the background.
Everything we write for you lands in your repository. If you cancel tomorrow, your IT team or another agency can pick up where we left off — without a rupture.
You talk to one person — the founder. No account managers, no ticket queues, no coordination loops between three departments.
A review every two weeks. You see what we've built, what comes next, and where we stand. Transparency as the default, not a premium feature.
If an existing tool would solve your problem better, we say so. If we aren't the right people for a task, we recommend someone who is.
Engagement
That's how every project with us runs — from the first call to ongoing operation. You can exit after every phase. Clarity is part of what we deliver, not a premium upgrade.
Phone or video. You tell us what's on fire right now, we ask follow-ups. No pitch, no slides. At the end we both know whether the next phase makes sense.
We analyse your systems, sketch the solution and prepare a fixed-price offer. No flat fees, no surprise overruns later.
We build. A review every two weeks, continuous code access, documented interfaces. You can exit at any time — you only pay for what's been delivered up to that point.
We support the system after go-live. No maintenance subscriptions, no minimum term — you reach out, we reach out, the hourly rate is the same as day one.
Frequently asked
What keeps coming up in first calls with management — and our direct answers, the way we would give them on the phone.
It depends on scope — which is why we don't quote catalogue flat rates. After the first call you get a fixed price for your specific project, written down, with itemised positions. The first call is free and non-binding; after it you know what it costs before you sign anything.
Most projects run between 2 and 8 weeks from order to going live. Larger custom systems can take longer — in that case we plan in phases with visible checkpoints every two weeks.
No. Everything we offer, we build ourselves. If we aren't the right people for a task, we say so openly and — where possible — recommend someone from our network who fits better.
The source code is yours and lives in a repository that you and your IT team can access at any time. If you cancel, you can continue with any other developer without a break. No vendor lock-in contracts, no proprietary platforms.
All systems we run operate inside the EU. We sign a Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR for every project and, on request, go through a full Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) with you.
Then we stop. Our notice period in operation is one month to the end of the month. No minimum term, no clawback clauses, no contracts that bind you for years. If Ventrax doesn't fit your business, we'd rather know quickly than never.

You describe what's on fire, we ask the questions an external engineer would ask. At the end you honestly know whether an AI solution makes sense for your business today — or whether something else needs fixing first.
